Food & Beverage

The hot natural spring water which has been so important in the history and development of Caldes has also enriched its cuisine. The use of the water in the preparation of food has given birth to what is called Thermal Cuisine. The water of Caldes has proved to be an excellent asset in both traditional and modern cuisine, intensifying aromas and colours. The hotel’s chefs have expertly adapted old recipes for traditional dishes and utilised the special added ingredient of the local, naturally occurring, hot spring water to create cuisine that should not be missed. The on-site restaurant offers a wide range of vegetables, game and seafood, masterfully combined with traditional ingredients such as salsafins and peas.
